Jeep Hood Latches 07-18
These hood latches on Amazon for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. If you have the stock Jeep latches, they are made from rubber and degrade over time. They can cause something called 'Hood Flutter' at highway speeds, where the hood will vibrate as air can get under the hood and the rubber makes it bouncy. I was driving more on the highways for a period of time and it became really noticeable for me. These came with all the parts you need! I picked these because for the price they seemed to get the job done and seemed to function well. It helps to have tiny hands as you will need to attach the bottom catch to the hood area. They can be a little tight at first, make an adjustment to the adjuster screws if it is too hard to open. These latches give a unique flair to your Jeep without being obnoxious, and solve the hood flutter problem. They are easy to install and fair priced!
